When it comes to electric wheelchairs, most users face a familiar challenge: either the chair is light but has limited range, or it offers long battery life but is heavy and difficult to transport. The EASWE C20 solves this dilemma with a design that prioritizes both portability and performance.
Why the C20 Is Different
Ultra-Lightweight Carbon Fiber Frame
If you’ve ever tried lifting a traditional powered wheelchair into a car, you know how challenging it can be. Most models weigh anywhere from 25 to 35 kg, often requiring two people to manage. The C20 changes that completely. With a 28 lb (12.9 kg) carbon fiber frame, it’s one of the lightest electric wheelchairs available today.
For seniors, caregivers, or anyone managing mobility independently, this difference is huge. Lifting it into a trunk, carrying it up a small set of stairs, or simply storing it at home becomes effortless.
Dual Batteries for Maximum Range
Many lightweight models compromise on battery size, forcing users to constantly monitor charge levels. The C20 addresses this by including two 10Ah removable lithium batteries, providing a maximum range of up to 25 miles (40km).
Having two batteries offers several benefits:
- Extended use throughout the day without interruptions
- Flexible charging options — batteries can be charged separately indoors
- Backup security for longer outings, giving peace of mind to users and caregivers
This ensures that users can confidently complete errands, attend appointments, or travel without worrying about running out of power.
Compact and Travel-Friendly
The C20’s folding design is another standout feature. It folds down to 16 × 23.4 × 34.6 inches, small enough to fit in most car trunks or tight storage spaces. When fully extended, the chair measures 38 × 23.4 × 37 inches, offering a comfortable seating position without bulk.
Whether you’re living in a small apartment or taking a road trip, this wheelchair makes transport simple. Its slim profile and foldable frame also make it easier for caregivers and family members to manage, adding to its everyday practicality.
Performance That Handles Real-World Terrains
Don’t let the lightweight design fool you. The C20 is built to handle real-world conditions. It features:
- 2 × 200W brushless motors for smooth and responsive power
- 360° joystick controller with LCD display for precise maneuvering
- Electromagnetic braking system for safe stopping on slopes
- Solid tires (7-inch front, 8.5-inch rear) that prevent flats and reduce maintenance
- 12° maximum climbing angle for ramps and uneven sidewalks
This combination allows users to navigate sidewalks, ramps, shopping centers, and even mild inclines without worrying about performance.
Comfort for Long-Term Use
A lightweight chair doesn’t have to compromise comfort. The C20 includes:
- 17.5″ (44.5cm) memory foam seat for extended comfort
- Suspension systems in both the seat and front wheels to absorb bumps
- Adjustable seating for daily use or transfers
Whether for short trips or extended daily use, the chair absorbs bumps and reduces fatigue, allowing users to remain active and mobile throughout the day.
Who Should Consider the C20?
The EASWE C20 is ideal for:
- Seniors seeking easier-to-handle daily mobility
- Families and caregivers managing transport or storage
- Frequent travelers needing foldable and portable solutions
- Users requiring extended range for all-day mobility
- Those who value high-quality design without unnecessary bulk
